A morning walk out to the painted rock shelters above Kathotiya, then down to the waterfall.
The paintings are ochre figures on sandstone — riders, deer, rows of dancers — kept dry under the overhangs for longer than anyone can say. We give you time to actually look at them instead of rushing past.
After the caves the trail drops through a rock cleft to the falls, and monsoon means there is plenty coming down. Bring a change of clothes; you will want to get under it. Breakfast is included and a guide stays with the group the whole way.
